Life is a continuous event of different experiences. It’s an up and down of good, bad and neutral events in which we try to find our ways. Finding our way, making the right choices and remaining in touch with our desires and needs can be quite challenging and leaves us sometimes overwhelmed and lost. With the practice of yoga, mindfulness and ACT coaching for over the last 15 years I’ve gained an understanding that gives balance and happiness in everything I do.
My mission is to share this with as many people who are longing for this balance and happiness as well. We all have a meaning and purpose and with the right tools we can tap into that inner wisdom so we can live our best fulfilled life.
With my years of experience, knowledge and practice I can help you stepping into your own strength (again) and start taking care of the things that truly matter.

Mindfulness
In a society that values productivity and achievement, mindfulness offers us a gentle reminder to prioritize our mental and emotional well-being which o.a. helps to create space to be more present and reducing stress.
