8-Week MBSR Training
MBSR, which stands for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, is an 8-week program designed to help individuals cultivate mindfulness and reduce stress in their lives.
Throughout these 8 weeks you will engage in a series of guided meditation practices, group discussions called inquiry, and mindful movement exercises. Each week, you will explore different aspects of mindfulness and develop a deeper understanding of its applications. This systematic approach allows you to gradually incorporate mindfulness into your daily routines.
Stress reduction is a central focus of the MBSR training. You will learn to recognize stressors and develop effective coping strategies. By integrating mindfulness into stressful situations, you will gain the ability to respond with more clarity and resilience instead of reacting with habitual patterns that may increase stress.
By the end of the 8-week MBSR training, this is what participants often share;
